It was characterful base for travelling to Munich, I was glad to stay there. The staff were very helpful and created quiet atmosphere. The breakfast was sensational and fine; included scrambled eggs and bacon.

The room is equipped with a nice big TV that has all the channels, a mini-fridge to keep your snacks cool, and a spot to sit down and eat. Plus, the bed is super cozy for a great night's sleep. 🛋️ And the bathroom has modern walk-in showers for a refreshing wash.

The public parking was onsite, friendly service. I had a gorgeous breakfast with croissants and also EXCELLENT homemade jams. I was greeted by a very very helpful and excellent co-operating receptionist who made the stay an excellent experience.

The location here is super central, close to all the main attractions, lots of cool restaurants, bars, and fancy shops around. Plus, you're right in the heart of things. the staff are on the ball, they were great from the moment I arrived until I said bye 👍.

The location was great!
Did not enjoy the fact that there was no airconditioning as we had a street facing room on the 3rd floor and it was very noisy as we had to sleep with the windows open. Also did not like the fact that there was no coffee making facility in the room.

Location near the opera, Marienplatz, 4 Jahresseiten etc. is fabulous. Staff were exceptionally nice and helpful, rooms are very well appointed.
As others have commented, the street outside the hotel is noisy, practically until dawn. However, the vault-like windows shut out every bit of the noise.
